As well as an RFID card reader, the 2N Access Unit 2.0 is also equipped with a touchpad to enter a PIN code or Bluetooth reader for access using a smartphone.
The new combined IP access control units from 2N allow the smooth transition to secure 13.56MHz cards, while at the same time using current 125kHz cards. The 2N Access Unit 2.0 is an end device with its own memory, which places minimum demands on cabling thanks to the use of an ethernet cable and which can be configured and administered remotely with the aid of the 2N® Remote Configuration service. In addition, they have the same design as 2N IP intercoms, making them the perfect solution for each and every project.
2N® Access Unit 2.0 Bluetooth & RFID
Afford your clients the convenience of identification using a mobile phone. All they have to do is download the free 2N® Mobile Key application and they will be able to open the door. The scanning range is adjustable, as is the door opening mode (Tap-in-app or Touch). Everyone else can use a conventional RFID card.
2N® Access Unit 2.0 Touch Keypad & RFID
The indisputable advantage of this IP access control unit is the option of two-factor authentication. In order to open the door, each user must swipe their RFID card and enter a PIN code. This makes it particularly suitable for high-security zones such as banks, laboratories or warehouses.
2N® Access Unit 2.0 RFID
An access control unit with RFID is particularly suitable for office projects. Thanks to the multi-frequency reader, you can use obsolete 125kHz cards and secure modern 13.56MHz cards at the same time. This allows the smooth transition to a modern method of access control and minimises one-off costs.
